We are often asked 'How much will you charge to cover our event?'
The answer is quite simply 'NOTHING'
Our event photography coverage is totally free. So how do we make a profit?
By selling mounted prints to your guests on the night ready to take home with them. Our standard product is a 9"x 6" glossy print presented in a strut mount, ready to be displayed when they get home. Other sizes and products available.

In the case of fund-raiser events for registered charities and clubs, a contribution will be made to the cause relative to the number of prints sold.
Typically: for 20 - 50 prints sold 10% of the takings are donated, prints in excess of 50 attract a 15% donation, up to a maximum of £250.

If you wish to include the price of a mounted print in your ticket price, (this works particularly well for Schools, Colleges, etc.) then you get to keep 15% of the sales taken with no maximum limit and a minimum order of 50 prints. So if you sell 100 tickets with an inclusive 9"x 6" mounted print, you get to keep £150 for your fund.

The same applies to corporate events, you can enhance your guests experience by including a professionally taken photograph as a memento of the occasion and effectively receive a 15% saving on our standard print price.

Our photographer will be happy to take additional shots of individuals, couples & small groups on request, these additional prints will be charged for at our standard rate.

As an organiser, you can relax in the knowledge that our professional approach and high quality equipment will produce results that will leave your guests suitably impressed with the event you have arranged for them.
